Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager functionally reports to the President of HML Services Ltd. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to prepare detailed business plans and assist in developing and executing growth strategies for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develops a situation analysis of the organization to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business. Populates and maintains a common business development database containing prospects and client information. Recognizes, prioritizes and pursues new and existing opportunities for the organization. Manages relationships with partners whose objectives balance short and long-term visions of the organization. Maintains relationships with strategic client representatives through a mature, credible approach. Develops business proposals and presentations from prospective clients. Ability to understand contract terms. Strong ability to understand commercial terms and conditions. Knowledge of industrial maintenance.
Qualifications:
12 years’ industry experience in Canadian industrial & commercial construction
Experience in Construction, Maintenance and Turnaround projects in Alberta.
